Dianne E. Walsh        (Retired)

 

Background

Dianne Walsh retired from Heacox, Hartman, Koshmrl, Cosgriff, Johnson, Lane & Feenstra in June of 2015.  Since 1978, she had concentrated her law practice in workers’ compensation, representing employers, insurance companies, and self-insured employers.  She litigated numerous cases, resolved complicated issues through mediation and at conferences, and counseled her clients regarding procedural, medical, and litigation issues.  Ms. Walsh argued before the Workers’ Compensation Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Minnesota.  During her years of practice, she participated in numerous seminars and authored the initial chapter on Practice and Procedure in the Workers’ Compensation Deskbook.  She was named a Super Lawyer and maintained an AV Martindale-Hubbell rating throughout her years of practice.  Ms. Walsh thanks her clients for their years of loyalty.  She is currently enjoying her retirement with travel, reading, gardening, pottery, volunteer work, and spending time with family and friends.
