Greg Heacox was one of the founding shareholders of Heacox, Hartman, Koshmrl, Cosgriff, Johnson, Lane & Feenstra. He concentrated his practice in the defense of workers’ compensation cases representing both self-insured employers and insurance companies. Mr. Heacox litigated complex worker’s compensation cases and argued before both the Workers Compensation Court of Appeals and the Minnesota Supreme Court. Until his death in 2013, he was listed in both The Best Lawyers of America and Law and Leading Attorneys, was named a Super Lawyer, and maintained an AV Martindale-Hubbell. In 2012, he was named Minneapolis Lawyer of the Year in workers’ compensation defense.

Mr. Heacox’s presence is greatly missed. His legacy, however, remains.
