Background

Josh Steinbrecher is a shareholder attorney with Heacox Hartman.  Josh joined the firm in 2013, and since that time he has defended the interests of employers and insurers at all levels of practice, including the Office of Administrative Hearings, the Workers’ Compensation Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of Minnesota.  He is both a co-editor and a co-author of the leading treatise in the practice area, the Minnesota Workers’ Compensation Deskbook, published by the Minnesota State Bar Association.  Outside of work, Josh enjoys playing guitar, watching terrible action movies (the original “Point Break” is his favorite), and skiing.
