Governor Dayton Signs Workers' Compensation Bill into Law

On May 16, 2013, Governor Mark Dayton signed the Workers’ Compensation Advisory Committee’s proposals, as amended by the legislature, into law. All provisions take effect October 1, 2013. Click here for a link to the new changes.
